Hello, I'm a USMC Veteran with a degree in Film Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Originally from McKees Rocks, PA, my wife, Laura, and I found our Irwin Township home in late 2015.
Before starting a career in Real Estate, I spent over 10 years assisting homeowners facing foreclosure. Traveling across the country for face to face meetings, my team went about the daunting task of repairing a badly damaged housing industry.
I carry this experience with me today.

Initially licensed in my home state of Michigan in 1989. We relocated to Grove City, the hometown of my wife (Janine Powell), in 1998. I was licensed in Pennsylvania in 2004.
We have three children - our son, T.J., graduated from Full Sail University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Game Design, our daughter (Jenae) graduated from Clarion University (Disney College Program) with a Bachelor’s in Communications and our daughter (Marisa) graduated from Butler Community College (BC3) with her Associates Degree in Early Childcare Development. Two Granddaughters - Hadley Mae and Harper Rose.
I leverage my prior real estate experience with my technical application training, support, and computer based business marketing skills to provide real estate services to both my sellers and buyers.
I’m a life-long resident of the Mercer area and graduate of Mercer High School. I started my real estate career in 2003 after retiring from a nearly 40-year career in sales with a national dairy company. I am a full-time realtor who shares the mission goals and ideals of Local Real Estate.
My hobbies over the years included auto racing, radio broadcasting, record collecting and playing music with my friends.
